"Excellent stay. The room view was superb and with good amenities, the breakfast was great, and the staff was lovely. The spa was a nice touch after skiing sessions and required bookings in advance which was not a problem if done in advance. Jorge of reception staff was amazing with great recommendations for day trips and advice. My only point for improvement is the quality of the toilet paper which is subpar for this stay's pricepoint. Otherwise, everything was excellent."

"5 stars, because everything was very well organized, the room was spotless, the amenities were good, the bed was very comfortable, and the heating was good. The breakfast was delicious; it was a small buffet, but it had everything you need for a good breakfast. The staff was very friendly. Oh! Regarding the location, I read in the reviews that it was very far, but it didn't seem that way to me. The train and tram stations are very close; the train station is a two-minute walk, or possibly less, and from there you can get to trains everywhere. The tram station is 10 minutes away, which isn't far either, and there are many restaurants nearby. For film lovers, there's a cinema right on the street behind the hotel. Would I recommend it? Yes! Absolutely. You just need to know how to use the right transportation to get to Genoa and the surrounding area, which is 25 minutes by train and 45 minutes by tram. It only costs €4.90.
