They took $150 deposits and 10 day has passed since the day I checked in and I still waiting for my refund

I arrive and am immediately forced to check in with a virtual assistant in India who has zero customer service skills. As he's figuring out how to check me in, I have to stand in a 100 degree waiting room. I immediately asked for a refund and they refused to give it to me. I booked two hours prior and they refused to give me my money back.

Super nice hotel right off the beach. The staff was wonderful and helpful, from the valet who parked our car and let us make multiple trips for luggage and our pet to the ready smile and service during check-in at guest services, who let us know that they'd provided some dog-friendly items in the room for use during our stay (dog bed, bowls) We had a partial-view room and this was adequate; we could see the beach/ocean from the kitchen sink area. The room was clean, comfortable, and neat. The hotel provided water and coffee in the room, and the toiletries were lovely, laden with aromatherapy. There was a goodie basket in the room that had interesting offerings; we did not see pricing, but figured this would be expensive and did not use. There was a fridge/minibar stocked with some sodas and there was an in-room safe. Bed linens were white and looked/smelled very clean. The bed was comfortable. Windows had nice blinds and window coverings for shade/nightime. The room had AC, and the windows were slightly cracked, providing a nice breeze. We were on the 3rd floor and could hear street noise at night, so we just closed the windows and drew down the shades. There was a small rooftop area on the Penthouse Floor that we could access, but did not use. There was a water& ice machine, near the 1st floor, we used to refill our water bottles. At check-out, the staff was again helpful, and there was complimentary delicious coffee provided by the cafe next door.
