The views of the lake and mountains are spectacular and the hotel is very modern, clean and comfortable with many quaint sitting areas inside and on the beautiful terraces. Guests can use the spa facilities and it is definitely worth it to find time to use them. Food is great and the staff is so very kind and helpful. Great customer service all around."

We were also lucky enough to plan a rehearsal dinner and Welcome drink experience with Chiara. She went above and beyond to make sure we knew all of our options and plans for our wedding celebration coming up. Her attention to detail, warmth, and thoughtful hospitality made everyone feel welcome and at ease. She’s truly a gem. The grounds of the hotel are stunning, with sweeping views of Lake Varese and an atmosphere that feels both tranquil and grand.
