"The staff is excellent. He told me a few local attractions that are really nice. I mistakenly double booked for the last day, and the manager help canceled it even though it’s supposed non refundable. I wish Expedia have picked up such a simple error when I made the booking."

"No kitchen and coffee space was alittle tight and in the pictures upstairs room showed a double bed but when we arrived it was 2 singles which was disappointing my husband. Staff was very friendlt but we caught tail end of welcome and didnt get the whole welcome speech which was sad as we were alittle lost with some things but over all it was a bed to stay "

"The room was clean and comfortable with a microwave, refrigerator, some dishes, and plenty of space. It isn’t fancy, but was a nice place to stay a couple of nights in the Waitomo area. "

"Louvre window in bathroom rattled all night in the breeze and the concrete floor provided no sound barrier from the loud footsteps upstairs, which I believe was the staffs quarters."

"Cabin has a bad smell (note on wall stated it was recently varnished but did not have this smell). Shower went hot then cold on and off which made for a very unpleasant experience. Overall i would recommend to get an ensuite and skip the cabin to stay. Friendly staff but overall not a pleasant stay for the price."

"Conveniently located to restaurants and the museum. Very clean. The woman who works the inn is very kind and makes a lovely breakfast. Highly recommend!"
