Calm Amongst the Chaso
Riad Bliss was a very clean and calm place to rest amidst the chaos of Marrakech. The staff were all very friendly and professional. You’ll be conveniently located to everything in the Medina as well as an easy pick-up point for any excursions. Breakfast was amazing and freshly prepared in front of me each day!!

Beautiful nice and clean Riad to live in the heart of old city Marrakesh. Excellent staff service and facilities. Loved the roof top terrace.

What you book is not what you get
Nice Riad close to the main square and souks with a comfortable room but service from reception staff very poor and at times, could be very rude and weren’t able to help with any problems or queries stating they were new to the Riad. Plunge pool is not a plunge pool but more of a paddling pool so don’t be fooled if you’re expecting to submerse yourself in water in the Moroccan heat. The air condition was very old and kept me up all night, I felt I was trying to sleep on a construction site. I have only given the Bliss a reasonable review due to the location

RECEPTIONIST : unfortunately is Ramadan Season therefore not eating and especially not Drinking Water for 14 hours, and beeing a Receptionist where you constantly needs to exchange with valuable guest, sometime it seems for foreigner that they're "Rude" but its mostly because they are in starvation and mouth dryness. thank you for your understanding during this Ramadan Season, and please accepts the local culture as it is. AIRCONDITIONING : We have immediately change with Silent Air Conditioning. Thank you for your return, it would have of course been taken in action immediately if it has been told to us at the beginning of your stay. however our next guests will enjoy the new silent air conditioning. POOL : its state on expedia & hotels.com the size and the depth of the pool. please be care full on the listing when you book your hotels true "online travel agency", so you wont be surprise when you arrive. In the Medina is not allowed to have a plunge pool on the Terrace by the authority's, due to Riads are century's and authentic buildings. they are old houses where local family lives. if you are ready to enjoy local life you will love it, but if you are expecting a big international hotel unfortunately you have choose the wrong experience.Our Pool is 5m x 4m Depth 70 cm its our instagram pool, perfect to refresh and to sun tan on sun bed, on our terraces. LOCATION : thank you yes indeed is the best location in the medina, across the secret garden, next to all the best restaurants, in the middle of the souks. A Beautiful Riad in the Heart of the Medina!
Stunning 4 Star Riad with a wonderful staff and..a Hammam in the hotel! The best meal of the day...Breakfast made from scratch by the lovely ladies! Roof top sun deck, pool, many nooks to tuck yourself away and experience Marrakech. Note: The Riad is not accessible by car, but a 5 minute walk from outside the Medina. Always a nice way to end the day with a fresh cup of mint tea...Lovely.

A MUST STAY!!!
My partner and I have just returned home from 5 days at Riad Bliss. If you are thinking of booking a stay here, I honestly cannot recommend this Riad enough. It is perfection. The rooms are spacious, beautiful, authentic and well catered. The roof terrace is heavenly and the shallow pool is shaded, providing the perfect rest from the sun. The breakfast is plentiful, traditional, Moroccan pancakes, breads, fruit, jam, honey, cream cheese and the best coffee I have ever found in a hotel. Location is perfect, in the heart of the Medina, 5 mins walk to the main square, set around some of the best restaurants and the secret garden is just a few doors down. But what sets Riad Bliss apart from anywhere else is the service. If you need an iron and board - it arrives in seconds, thirsty - they bring you a big bottle of water, getting a taxi somewhere - they will walk you to your taxi, everyone was so smiley, so polite, so friendly and we felt spoilt in how kind and helpful everyone who worked at the Riad was. I cannot believe this Riad is so reasonably priced, we felt we got an absolute bargain and loved our stay. We cannot wait to come back!

C’est une riade calme et située à deux pas du souk. La majorité des visites se situe au grand maximum à 30 min à pied. J’y retournerais lors de ma prochaines visite de Marrakech. Je la conseillerais à mon entourage, amis et famille.

Nous avons eu la chance de séjourner au Riad Bliss lors de notre récent voyage à Marrakech, et notre expérience a été absolument exceptionnelle. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis par un personnel extrêmement chaleureux et attentionné, prêt à rendre notre séjour aussi agréable que possible. Le charme de ce Riad traditionnel situé au cœur de la médina est incomparable. Nous nous sommes immédiatement sentis transportés dans un monde de beauté et d'authenticité. Chaque coin du Riad était une invitation à la détente, que ce soit dans la cour intérieure, sur la terrasse ou dans notre chambre. Le petit déjeuner était un véritable régal. Chaque matin, nous avons savouré des plats délicieusement préparés, mettant en valeur la cuisine marocaine traditionnelle. C'était le moyen idéal de commencer nos journées d'exploration. Nous ne saurions trop recommander le Riad Bliss à tous ceux qui cherchent une expérience marocaine authentique et mémorable. Merci à toute l'équipe du Riad pour avoir rendu notre séjour si spécial. Nous espérons y retourner un jour.

Moroccan hospitality in world class!
Had a lovely stay here, everything as described was on point. Intimate and beautifully decorated rooms to make you comfortable. The staff was amazing, they should be working for an elite hotel company. Serviceminded and lovely people. The staff is the Riad here and not opposite. Will be coming back, boys. No doubt about the morroccan hospitality!!

Séjour parfait, transfert depuis l'aéroport bien organisé. Le Riad est magnifique et très bien situé. Le personnel prévenant et très professionnel. La climatisation de la chambre un peu faiblarde. Le spa est très bien.

リヤドそのものは快適です。ホテルの時間に食べるならば朝食も調理された美味しいものが食べられる。ナイトマネージャーに責任感が無く昼から夜、夜から昼の引継ぎを行わず頼んだ事が実施されない。朝早(8時)く出発の際、朝食を早く食べられるように前日依頼したのに準備されず食べられない。ツアーの手配について依頼した事を昼間の人間に連絡せずに帰宅。一から昼のスタッフに説明し直し。朝早く出発の際、税金を支払った際、お釣りが無いと言ってお釣り寄越さず。

朝4時半に目が覚めるリアド
ベッドルームの雰囲気もよく、フロントのコンセルジュ機能も良かった。唯一洗面台の排水が悪く少しでも水をためるとなかなか排水されないのが欠点。テラスで食べる朝食は味も良く贅沢な雰囲気。モスクから朝4時半にコーランが流れ目が覚めます。

Lo mejor es su extraordinaria ubicación y el trato y amabilidad de sus empleados. Las instalaciones son correctas y los desayunos excelentes pero es desagradable la presencia de abejas como acompañantes. La ubicación del aire acondicionado en nuestro dormitorio (sobre el cabecero de la cama) tampoco resulta muy saludable. Recomendaría la instalación de algún foco de luz más potente en el baño pues La Luz es demasiado tenue.
