Fabulous experience. !!Staff is very helpful . Pilar put so much of her heart and soul into her place she thought of everything! The place is clean and bright and all her staff take such great care of. They actually care that you have a great vacation . Mahamade will take the extra time to help out where ever needed. Don’t miss the Hamman experience and the massage . Itsclose to everything thing in the old part of town . Wonderful experience! I can’t say enough!

Everything about this place was magical. I would come back to Morocco just for this Riad. My mom and I are eternally grateful for the ENTIRE staff and their hospitality. Not a day went by we weren't greeted with the utmost kindness and professionalism.

We had a wonderful stay and can wholeheartedly recommend this riad. Cleanliness is extremely important to me, and I am quite picky when it comes to accommodations. I was initially hesitant about booking a riad instead of a hotel, but it turned out to be the best decision. The riad was exceptionally clean, beautifully maintained and we had no issues with insects or anything similar. The team was absolutely wonderful: warm, friendly, helpful and always available. We were contacted before arrival, all our questions were answered, and we received great recommendations. For our first visit to Marrakech, their help made everything much easier. Airport transfers could also be arranged upon request, even at short notice. Our room was spotless, cleaned daily and very well equipped, including air conditioning, bathrobes, slippers and a bidet spray next to the toilet. The breakfast was delicious, fresh and prepared according to our preferences. We also really appreciated their flexibility with our departure. They kindly extended our check-out by an additional hour because of our later flight. We would absolutely stay here again and happily recommend this riad to friends and family. The exceptional cleanliness, hospitality and wonderful team made our stay truly special. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay in Marrakech so memorable.

ホテルは大きくないですが、その分スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで親切、完璧な対応でした。朝食も前もって選ぶ方ができる上に、食事の場所も選ぶことができ、朝食は本当に美味しかったです。 2日目に、ツアーで早朝に出発しなければなりませんでしたが、事前に早朝の出発を伝えたところ、当日は集合場所までスタッフが同行してくれ、本当に助かりました。部屋もとても清潔な上、モロッコのリヤドの雰囲気を存分に満喫することができました。 モロッコに来た際は、また泊まりたいです😊✨

As soon as I booked with Free People Riad and Spa I had an incredible experience! They organised my airport transfer which was really helpful. The staff were incredibly welcoming and the owner Pilar made you feel like it was your home too! The place was absolutely spotless and my room was gorgeous I didn’t want to leave. Location is also really great, I ended up walking to each of the tourist spots which were no more than 10-25mins walk and was fun to explore all the streets and shops on the way. You get a good choice for breakfast which was also very nice including the option of non dairy milks! The loveliest little yorkie also lives there who was SO sweet to cuddle! If I’m able to go back to Marrakech one day I’ll definitely be staying here again!!

Absolutely — I’d make it warm and genuine so it doesn’t sound like a generic hotel review: **5/5 — Wonderful stay 🤍** We had such a lovely stay at this riad and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming and respectful, which made us feel so comfortable and at home. The riad itself was beautifully kept and **spotlessly clean**, and you could really tell how much care goes into looking after the place. The breakfast every morning was absolutely lovely — fresh, delicious and prepared with so much care. What really stood out to us, though, was the hospitality. Everyone we met was genuinely friendly and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. It’s the kind of place where you leave feeling like you’ve been looked after by family rather than simply staying at a hotel. 10 stars, if possible, Pilar is beyond exceptional as a host, the Riad is spectacular in every way. Incredibly helpful in navigating Marrakech, I would not consider staying anywhere else. All the charm of the Medina is steps away, but upon entering the Riad you are transported into an oasis of luxury. The staff are kind and helpful without being intrusive.. I look forward to returning.

The rooms were extremely clean and well presented, the staff are extremely kind and hospitable, they have a very genuine manner. The stafe are VERY friendly and were always so helpful even if it was very late or an inconvenienced time. The breakfast was extremely delicious and so refreshing, i still miss the fresh orange juice they make, i wish i could take it back home with me. In conclusion, such amazing customer serveice and such a well mainteined establishment for a very reasonable price, would definetly recommend to anyone, especially first time comers to Morocco.

Un séjour absolument exceptionnel ! Ce riad est un véritable havre de paix, magnifiquement décoré avec un goût raffiné où chaque détail a été pensé avec soin. L’ambiance est chaleureuse, élégante et authentique.Les chambres sont superbes, très confortables et d’une propreté irréprochable. Le personnel est d’une gentillesse remarquable, toujours souriant, attentionné et disponible pour rendre le séjour parfait.Le petit-déjeuner est délicieux, copieux et composé de produits frais. L’ensemble du riad dégage une atmosphère paisible qui invite à la détente. Une expérience inoubliable à tous points de vue. Je recommande ce riad les yeux fermés et j’y reviendrai avec grand plaisir. We had a wonderful stay and couldn't fault the customer service. It was some of the best we've ever experienced, the staff genuinely went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensure everything was perfect throughout our stay. The resort itself was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated, creating a relaxing and luxurious atmosphere. Our room was cleaned daily to a very high standard, which we really appreciated. Our son thoroughly enjoyed his stay, and the staff took such good care of him throughout our holiday, making it even more special for our family. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Our stay at this Free People Riad and Spa was exceptional from start to finish. Pilar, the owner, was incredibly professional, kind, and personable, creating such a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment we arrived. Every staff member went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable; they were attentive, genuinely caring, and always happy to help with far more than just the usual hospitality. They shared wonderful recommendations for places to visit, local restaurants, and insider tips that made exploring Marrakech so much easier and more enjoyable. The riad itself was spotless, comfortable, beautifully designed, and clearly maintained with great care and attention to detail. Every space felt thoughtfully curated, making it a peaceful retreat after a day in the city. Our stay at Free People Riad & Spa was wonderful from start to finish. The Riad itself was spotless and beautifully maintained—every corner felt cared for, and the cleanliness really stood out. What impressed me most was the communication. The staff and management were excellent throughout, responsive and attentive whenever we needed anything. We did run into one small hiccup during our stay, but management handled it professionally and promptly refunded a small fee without any fuss. That kind of integrity says a lot about how they run the place. They also helped us organize an airport transfer, which made arriving and departing completely seamless. I’d highly recommend taking them up on that—it took all the stress out of getting to and from the Riad. We left feeling well looked after and would happily return. Highly recommended!

The owner and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean. It is located in a quiet alley. Air conditioning was great during the hot day. It is a small boutique Riad. It doesn’t come with any amenities except a spa room. Overall, we had a nice stay in this riad for 3 nights.

This Riad is extremely beautiful, well decorated, wonderful staff. The room was spacious with high quality mattresses and sheets. The food was Fresh and delicious. The host has n amazing positive energy. I would rate this Riad us one of the best in Marrakech, and had been to a few. Highly recommended and will stay here again without a doubt. Very appreciative for the opportunity to enjoy this wonderful place.
