The cool pool was a relief on a hot day. The shower and room was clean. It is near a large shopping mall. Check in was smooth and my room was ready earlier than expected. There was also a fridge in my room

This place needs a lot of maintenance. For example none of the balcony doors locked. The male desk staff were really rude and everything was too much trouble. Serious management issues at this place so would not recommend.

Hôtel charmant personnel accueillant p'tit dej correct . piscine l'ensoleillement que 2 h dans la journée cadre agréable manque un peu de place À notre séjour pas de restauration , pas de spa. Lit confortable A amélioré le linge de lit et serviette de bain manque de netteté. Les produits de toilettes censé être offert dans la panière inexistante photo contractuelle je pense . Nous avons rencontré un problème avec la douche eau froide en journée et eau brûlante le soir. Sinon dans l'ensemble nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette hôtel 3 étoiles .

Péssimo! Não recomendo!

O quarto apresentava vários problemas estruturais, como a cortina não ir até ao chão e a claridade entrar no quarto logo às 5 da manhã, como a sanita estar a vazar água no chão e o autoclismo da sanita passar a noite inteira a gotejar fazendo um barulho muito irritante. A porta do hotel bate com extrema força e ouve-se no prédio inteiro. Ouvimos isso todos os dias pelas 7 da manhã e estávamos no 3º andar. No momento do check in foi-nos dito que estávamos proibidos de comer no quarto, esse aviso não estava afixado em nenhum local, porém o rececionista mencionou que poderíamos encomendar comida e comer no restaurante ou na área da piscina. Nós fizemos isso e fomos repreendidos pelo mesmo rececionista afirmando que isso era proibido fazer o que não tem nenhum tipo de sentido. A pior parte foi o facto de pagarmos uma estadia com pequeno-almoço incluído e o buffet nunca estar completo. Havia dias que não havia manteiga, outros não serviam chá, croissants era raro existir, pedíamos as coisas ao responsável e demoravam a trazer e traziam coisas erradas. Houve um dos dias que não tinham pão para nos servir (que é ridículo e sem desculpas). Nesse dia tivemos de sair do hotel para comer. A limpeza diária no quarto deixa muito a desejar! Nós que fazíamos a limpeza diária do nosso WC. Portanto recomendo a todos os viajantes que pensem bem se querem estar em um hotel com estas condições. Não ficamos satisfeitos. Demasiado caro para o fraco pequeno-almoço e fracas condições.

Séjour décevant

Sejour décevant, nous avons passé une première nuit sans chauffage puis ils nous ont déplacé à une autre chambre, 2 jours ou on rentre le soir on trouve la chambre n'est pas faites. Il aurait fallu reclamer pour la faire et nous mettre des serviettes propres. Je ne recommande pas mis a part l'emplacement bien situé dans le quartier de Gueliz.

Ich habe ein Zimmer für meine Mutter in diesem Hotel reserviert, und wir waren mehr als zufrieden! Das Zimmer war geräumig, sauber und äußerst komfortabel. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns das großzügige Buffet – die Auswahl war riesig und alles war frisch und lecker. Die Atmosphäre im Hotel war angenehm, und das Personal war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Meine Mutter hat sich rundum wohlgefühlt, und wir würden dieses Hotel jederzeit weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für den großartigen Service!

Séjour très décevant nous avons voulu réserver une nuit supplémentaire personne répond au téléphone ni aux messages ! Aucune communication … Une caution est demandée à l arrivée sauf qu au départ on ne nous la rends pas sous prétexte qu il faut attendre ….. 2 nuits la chambre n a jamais été faite ! Pas de papier toilette …. Petit déjeuner très décevant café froid entre autre. Et la cerise sur le gâteau nous avons réserve une chambre avec terrasse et paye le supplément pour cela à l arrivée nous avons eu une chambre avec un tout petit balcon bien entendu on ne rembourse pas la différence non plus. Wifi fonctionne très très mal Nous ne retournerons pas dans cet hôtel et je ne le recommande pas non plus

Peut mieux faire

L'établissement est très bien situé et très confortable. Par contre le service est vraiment a revoir. Vous attendez plus d'une heure votre chambre qui n'est pas prête à l'arrivée, on ne trouve pas votre réservation, personne pour le check out ... Le reste est à un bon rapport qualité/prix vu l'emplacement, le petit déjeuner est copieux. Mieux vaut être prévenus une fois passée l'étape du check in le reste du séjour se déroule mieux ;)
