BEWARE.... This property still available for booking, but it CLOSED for renovation. I learned it when I went there at 1030PM. This ruined my entire family vacation in Morocco. I had to make a last minute booking at a nearby property to just to stay the night.

Disappointing. Very hard bed. Poor and small breakfast. No Wi-Fi in room (attendant alerted but he just kept repeating that there is Wi-Fi in every room, which is not true). Shower leaked. No bathmat available despite asking. Only one towel given (no hand towel). Toilet did not stop running. Very outdated fixtures. Poor lighting in room and bathroom. Room had some dust and didn't seem completely clean. Could hear through walls and into hallway. I am a budget traveler and am not used to staying in nicer hotels, so I wasn't expecting perfection, but this hotel was very sad and could use updating. Location was good, with a maximum 25-minute walk to most attractions.

Nous sommes restés 5 jours à Marrakech avec nos filles. l'hôtel est bien situé entre la médina et la ville nouvelle sur un boulevard bien desservi par bus, calèches et taxis. Il y a un bonon choix de restaurants. Le personnel a été très attentif à nos demandes. Les chambres sont confortables bien qu'un peu défraîchies. Dans l'ensemble notre séjour nous laisse de très bons souvenirs.

Far from great

We've been to this hotel following a replacement by hotels.com (thanks hotel.com...). The hotel is not too far from La Medina, even by foot. The district is quite nice. The rooms are old and would need to be refurbished. The shower is just warm most of the time. We had to ask just to get toilet paper, soap and shampoo. We had to insist for the light bulbs to be changed in the room. There are almost no plugs in the room, the Wi-Fi is terrible. The breakfast is the same everyday, dry and blend (except the orange juice). The kids area is old and dangerous. Avoid, there are a lot of hotels a lot better for the same price.
