Friendly and accommodating staff providing a good service. Downside for me was that the pool was very cold so I didn't use it!

Nice hotel but need more people to keep it up.

Las palmeas is a nice guest house NOT hotel therefore it was misleading information given to me saying it's a 4* hotel. It's NOT hotel it's a GUEST HOUSE. bathroom was not very clean it smells very, water from the shower comes out and wets the floor.. they did not change bed sheets everyday. The hotel had prolem with the AC. it did not work properly... Food wasn't so great my children hated it. I did expect that from Expedia to give wrong information to customers like myself. Las Palmeras is not a 4* hotel... ??? Expedia needs to look into this again.

Horrible endroit ! j'ai payé 4 nuits mais à l'arrivée le personnel de l’hôtel puis le gérant par téléphone m’ont informée de ce que la chambre que j’avais réservée en ligne (chambre pour une personne) n’était pas disponible et que l hôtel était complet. J’ai demandé un remboursement qui m’a été refusé. J’ai du dormir dans la chambre de deux personnes qui ne disposaient que d’un lit double (j’ai dormi sur les petits canapés moisis). Le riad est par ailleurs situé beaucoup plus loin du centre que ce qui était annocné : à 40 minutes de voiture très excentré et sur des routes de terre par allumées. impossible de sortir du riad en dehors des navettes (2 en fin de matinée, 1 à 17h et une à 22h). Le lendemain, le gérant m’a proposé de changer de Riad, celui ci étant complet.. les autres clients de l hôtel mont dit que les autres Riad du propriétaire étaient horribles. L’adresse ne m’a pas été communiquée et le gérant a voulu que je paie la taxe de séjour pour les 4 nuits le 25 au matin. J’ai refusé et je n’ai réglé que pour une nuit. Finalement je suis allée dans un tout autre Riad. Je souhaiterais être remboursée intégralement des nuits que j’ai payées pour cet hôtel que je vais déconseiller très très vivement sur internet ! J'attends toujours les suites de la réclamation que j'ai faite le lendemain de mon arrivée.
