Oasis of Calm & great service

Such a lovely oasis of calm on the outskirts of Marrakech! We loved our (2 bed) apartment, the wonderful staff & the beautiful gardens. Great memories were made in the pool & table tennis. The only tiny negative is that It would be great if the hotel could recommend local taxi drivers to get to nearby attractions (we walked into the village to make connections), otherwise taxis would become quite costly!

Cadre magnifique un petit paradis à quelques km de Marrakech idéal en amoureux ou en famille. Le personnel très gentil et attentionné. Je recommande au maximum Les jardins de Zyriab !!

Décevant malgré un personnel sympathique et dispo

Agréable mais des tonnes de fourmis par terre, au plafond... pas très agréable quand on dort dans un lit dans la même pièce... le matelas du canapé lit n’etait Vraiment pas agréable, les éviers bouchés et une wifi impossible à capter dans les chambres... les gérants de l’hotel Disent que celle-ci fonctionne bien dans les jardins, ça n’est vraiment pas le cas, si vous souhaitez venir en vacances et en même temps travailler à distance, cela est quasiment impossible. L’emplacement n’est pas très pratique car loin du centre de Marrakech donc assez cher pour faire des aller retours de l’hotel (30€ environ). À côté de cela, le personnel est très agréable et disponible!

Bel endroit mais isolé.

Séjour de 4 nuits. Endroit très retiré de la ville. Rien de près même pas une petite épicerie pour s'approvisionner. Dommage car cuisine toute équipée dans les chambres. Il faut prendre le taxi pour se déplacer absolument. Hôtel qui a de très beaux jardins. le concept des appartements est très bien mais l'état général commence à laisser désirer, des travaux de rafraichissement seraient fortement conseillés. L'usure du temps se fait sentir. Très bel endroit pour les enfants. Très belle et très grande piscine. Wi-Fi que dans le hall....

Les plus: lieu calme , jardin agréable parfait pour les enfants , bons petits déjeuners Les moins: hôtel nécessitant un réel rafraîchissement, pas de restaurant sur place et nourriture très moyenne niveau qualité , pas de possibilité de prendre le petit déjeuner avant 8h30! Proposition d’une navette pour aller dans le centre à 35€ l’aller retour alors que sans négocier on trouve des grands taxi pour 20€! Dommage que les propriétaires ne jouent pas le jeu en nous conseillant de vrais bons plans sur ces trajets qui sont indispensables au vu de l’éloignement de l’hotel par rapport au centre donc dans l’ensemble nous sommes déçus des prestations de cet hôtel où nous avons séjourner 7 nuits en suite senior

Amazing time here for girls holiday!

I cannot praise this hotel enough - we had a brilliant long weekend. We were 5 girls, having our first girls holiday and chose Les Jardins de Zyriab because we wanted to somewhere safe and secure. The hotel's communication before arrival was excellent, they advised on everything from transfers to currency. Our flight was late but the hotel organised a taxi from us, and the driver, Abdul, waited for us the whole time. We arrived late into the night, but they still made dinner and served it in our villa. Perfect start to the trip. Really comfortable villas with kitchenette, living room area, comfy bedrooms, good bathrooms, everything is clean. Beautiful (albeit cold!) swimming pool - we spent our Saturday having breakfast poolside and sunbathing. Food is good, perhaps a little limited, but we enjoyed it during our 3 night stay. There is no restaurant as such, tables are made up in the reception area. But it didn't bother us as the dining table in the villa meant we could eat in our PJs at night time! We organised a trip through the hotel to into the city centre - we were given the most lovely guide called Mohammed, who was full of information, advice, stories and jokes. We felt so safe in his company and he went the extra mile - buying me a Moroccan blanket when I was out of money, and trusting me to repay him when I got back to the hotel, and helping us haggle for tagine pots. Once again, Abdul drove us around, and waited for us while we went sightseeing. We LOVED IT.

Hotel encantador

Hemos pasado 5 noches y todo ha ido muy bien. Llegamos tarde y no hubo problema para el check-in Desayuno abundante de productos de la tierra. Personal muy agradable y atento. Está distribuido en pequeñas villas con 2 habitaciones, 2 baños, cocina. Bien equipado. Por poner una pega, el sofá cama del comedor es mejorable, pero las camas de las habitaciones están muy bien.

Hôtel idéal pour du repos, le cadre est magnifique, le personnel y est adorable, la literie est tres confortable (sauf canapé lit - - ), la cuisine est excellente. Hôtel toutefois isolé, une voiture de loc est nécessaire pour visiter les environs. La transfert hôtel aéroport est cher (250) Le double que nous avions pu avoir à l'aller dans un hotel similaire. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Le site est tel que vu en photos. Cest de toute beauté et le personnel est tres accueillant. Le site est a quelques minutes du centre ville , cest calme. Superbe piscine et le site est entouré de roses. Magnifique!

Een prachtige oase van rust

Het woord Gastvriendelijk/Gastvrij (hospitality) hebben ze hier uitgevonden! De eigenaren van het hotel doen alles om je verblijf comfortabel te maken (regelen je ontbijt, lunch of diner, taxi, excursies, drinken etc). Ze spreken goed Engels en Frans. De suites zijn heel schoon en netjes. De tuin is prachtig en wordt goed onderhouden. er is een 'huis' pauw die heel mak is. De bedden liggen goed. We werden gratis geupgrade naar een grotere suite. Je kan eten bij het zwembad of op je kamer. Er is wifi in de lounge bij de receptie. Het hotel ligt op 15 minuten rijden van de Medina (kosten 350dh retour) met een nette taxi. Het ontbijt is een Marrokaans ontbijt met pannekoekjes en brood/toast, jus dórange, minttea, koffie etc.voor 80Dh p.p en 40 voor een kind. Kortom enorm genoten in dit resort en wil zeker terugkomen!

Personalet er super venlige og hjælpsomme. Roligt sted med en meget afslappet atmosfære. Specielt stor tak til Ismael som kunne hjælpe med alt og Hakima som var en 24 timers guide. Et sted Som varmt kan anbefales hvis man vil væk fra storbyen og brug tid sammen med sin familie. God mad som bliver serveret af personalet i lejligheden og daglig rengøring. Gode værelser med alt det der er behov for i dagligdagen. Stor fordel at der IKKE er wifi på værelset. Eneste minus er at poolen ikke er opvarmet

Absolutely outstanding hotel in a quiet location outside Marrakech. If you are looking for a place where you truly feel on vacation, you will love the tranquility of this resort. At the same time, you are just 15 minutes away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The staff is super friendly, and they will assist with last minute tours, arrange a driver anytime you want to go in the city, and give you advice on things to do. I would stay here again in a heartbeat - highly, highly recommend!
