Yksi työntekijä oli mukava. Mitään muuta hyvää ei hotellissa ollut. Sinne ei päässyt autolla, vaan piti kävellä n. 1 km, ensin ison aukion läpi ja sitten kapeita kujia. Ei ollut lämmintä vettä, huoneeseen mahtui sänky ei muuta, aamiainen piti syödä ulkona (n. +5 C). Minulta yritettiin saada maksu siellä uudestaan, piti ihan suuttua. Lähtiessä iskettiin hidden tax, josta minulla on kuitti, haluan sen teiltä takaisin.

Das Riad Bonheur ist eine super nette und authentische Unterkunft. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und stets bemüht bei allem behilflich zu sein. Wir haben es immer genossen abends oben auf dem Dach noch in der gemütlichen Lounge etwas zu sitzen und den Tag ausklingen zu lassen. Leider war das Bett sehr durchgelegen, sodass der Schlafkompfort etwas beeinträchtugt war, aber das ist auch der einzige Punkt, den wir auszusetzen haben.

Riad où l'on se sent chez soi

Notre séjour au riad Bonheur a été rendu fabuleux par Abdel, Hicham et Najet. Des personnages d'une gentillesse et d'une douceur incroyable. Le riad correspond à la description et aux photos qui sont visibles sur votre site. Nous y avons quasiment vécu en "communauté" avec nos hôtes et autres familles. Nous y avons fait de très belles rencontres. Un riad où l'on se sent presque "comme à la maison" grâce à ses 3 hôtes qui s'occupent de nous avec beaucoup de cœur. De surcroît, ils cuisinent comme des chefs des plats et petits déjeuner excellents et très copieux ! Nous nous sommes régalés. Abdel et Hicham n'ont pas manqué de partager quotidiennement un nouveau thé ou une nouvelle infusion. Ce sont autant d'invitations à la découverte des saveurs et au voyage. Merci pour tout!

Our first visit to Marrakesh, the Riad was in an excellent position for us to explore the old city. We have had very pleasant four days in the "Riad Bonheur", the room of was very comfortable, clean and well equipped. Amazing Riad

We stayed in Riad Bonheur for 9 nights in July and had a lovely comfortable stay. The Riad is in a great location, just 10 minutes walk to the main square and the souks, yet is slightly off the main paths, so was quiet and peaceful. The decor within the Riad is beautiful and cosy, and the sun terrace on the roof provides a lovely space to relax in the sun away from the busy main square and streets. Our room was immaculately clean and the bed very comfortable. The staff at Riad Bonheur are so friendly and helpful - they really made us feel welcome and at home. There is always someone around if needed, they gave us helpful advice about the area, and Abdel even helped us find the main square on the first day. We also booked a day trip to the Atlas mountains through the Riad, which was very easy and stress-free, and the day was amazing. Airport transfers were equally as easy to organise through the staff. Breakfast every day was really nice and was offered at flexible times. We had dinner at the Riad on the first night and this was also very nice. It was a great stay - we would definitely stay at Riad Bonheur again as they made our stay in Marrakech comfortable, relaxing and memorable.

Nella sostanza siamo stati abbastanza bene, certo non ci si aspettino gli standards dei nostri hotel, ma rispetto a tante altre realtà del posto, questo riad è accettabile. A noi è stata chiesta una cifra aggiuntiva definita "di servizio" , rispetto alla tassa comunale della quale eravamo stati informati da Hotels . com , pochi euro in più calcolati sui giorni di permanenza . All'inizio siamo rimasti un po contrariati, alla fine abbiamo deciso di pagare ( cosa fai quando sei la ?)
