On arrival almost immediately I was told 'relax - you are now at home' and that is exactly what it felt like. One of the staff was ever-present and keen to assist with any item, large or small. The advice about changing money, locations to visit, printing of boarding passes and local customs was accurate and invaluable. Located about 15 minutes walk from the northern end of the souk the hotel (riad) was quiet and well insulated from both the heat and sound. The old part of Marrakech is all built up to a similar height but the Losra has a small upper terrace which afforded excellent views in all directions and the ability to capture the sun from most angles. I tried the in-house Hammam and had a massage which were both inexpensive and cheerfully professional. An excellent breakfast which was carbohydrate led but with freshly squeezed orange juice, yoghurt and plentiful, excellent coffee. This is a real jewel.
