Overbooked - Brought us to another Riad instead
Overbooked. We were taken to Riad Mansoura instead which was on a parallel street. The staff didn't speak English. Luckily we spoke a bit of French. There was an initial misunderstanding as they thought that we haven't pre-paid but in fact we had. We were lucky that the other Riad we were brought to had a slightly better location. It's also noisy at night from cat fights and baby cries from the neighbourhood.

Esperienza da dimenticare
Semplicemente non abbiamo soggiornato.Eravamo 4 coppie con 4 differenti prenotazioni (1 prepagata e confermata direttamente con una mail dall'hotel). Guarda caso tutti e 4 siamo finiti in overbooking! E' evidente la politica del Riad, che sfrutta il suo nome e la sua reputazione per accettare molte più prenotazioni di quante possa accoglierne, salvo poi smistarle a strutture di propri conoscenti. Peraltro la prenotazione prepagata non è stata onorata dal nuovo riad, che ha preteso un nuovo pagamento, per cui siamo in attesa di ricevere il rimborso per quella prepagata. In definitiva, se potete, evitatelo. Nota positiva la gentilezza della povera unica signorina che parlava un pò di inglese e che ha dovuto prendersi tutti gli improperi del caso.

Une petite perle bien cachée
Imene et Moktar sont aucun doute des gens authentiques au coeur sur la main. Un ptofessionnalisme naturel. Soucieux du détail et du bien être quotidien. Partagent leur mode de vie avec une grande lucidité et une grande ouverture d esprit. Imene a DES mains en or! N hésitez pas à goûter sa cuisine!!!! Encore merci à vous nous reviendrons comptez sur nous!
