"This property is a long way from a true Hilton.. The walls are paper thin, you hear every thing and I do mean everything! No microwaves, or coffee pot in the room. The smells from paint to pot are all abound. Lets talk about the dogs, I love animals, but sometimes they need to stay home. They ranged from poodles to labs and yes they barked. I was at this hotel because Expedia goofed and I had to pay the price. It won't happen again. Do better Hilton. I didn't bother with there so called...

Best Western Asheville Blue Ridge Parkway

"Remodeled hotel. Rooms still small. Especially the bathroom. Beds comfortable. Good pillows. Linens seemed clean. Floor was not well cleaned, as barefoot walking I. It picked up grit and dirt. Front door very hard to both open and close. Light bulb was out in one lamp. A/C noisy at night. Pool is beside a busy road and you get road noise. Noticed people driving up and unloading a van full of children to be in pool. Obviously we’re not staying there. I also think men ate breakfast there who were not staying there. Breakfast was mediocre. Not as good as most hotels. Only one kind of pastry. One waffle maker for a lot of rooms. Potato’s were not good. Biscuits really not good. Front desk staff vacillated between being very friendly and very rude. And inconsistent. To enter the office I never had to use room key until this morning. Guy at front desk yelled I had to use key. Not what the sign said. When in Asheville I will seek other accommodations."

"Upon arriving at the hotel, the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Offering suggestions about where to eat, asking us if we needed anything additional to make our stay comfortable. We had come in from the Biltmore estate and upon arriving to our room noticed that it was definitely older and had a fair amount of wear and tear. The wallpaper was peeling and the pull out sofa bed had definitely been past its prime for use. The room was very clean though so that made up for everything showing some signs of age. My daughter enjoyed using the pool and we saw people using the gym which was nice as an option. Overall, I would say we enjoyed our stay and I saw all information stating that they're doing renovations in 2027 which will likely improve the experience of future guests."
