My flight out reqd me to checkout at 5 am and the front desk had green smoothie and other “to go” items ready as I would not be able to have formal breakfast that starts at 7 am! "Very nice Hotel. Not Happy I was not offered a free upgrade as MANY of the Expedia affiliated hotels offer (The hotel and City is off season now) and I know there were rooms available. But were quick sell me me an upgrade at €100 a night! NOT HAPPY. The young lady (She knows who she is) was arrogant to say the least. If you don’t for help with your luggage forget it. The second day I was at the hotel and elder woman was struggling with her suitcases because there are stairs and the staff saw it...

Very reasonably priced, a 2 minute walk from the railway station, located close to the sights of Helsinki and the home of our friend, who we came to visit. Such wonderfully warm and welcoming hotel staff, who could not have been more helpful. Our room had everything we needed, especially the comfortable bed which guaranteeed a good nights sleep.
