"If your flight gets canceled at Newark, this is a good option for last minute close to the airport stays. Their shuttle bus goes every 30 minutes and uses a sign up list so organized and not chaos. Passable breakfast included. Diverse clientele with folks from all over the world. Heard six languages spoken at breakfast. "

"This is the third time we have stayed here as we traveled. This time it was chaos when we arrived, with several large groups checking in, and both parties had issues with their reservations. While it took a little longer to check in, we watched the two gentlemen handling it all with grace and efficiency. The only thing we had issue with was that the door to the next adjoining room is very thin and not sound proof and we just so happened to have neighbors that stayed up all night talking. Luck of the draw on that, but if you are a light sleeper, you might want to ask for a room that does not have an adjoining room "
