"There was some confusion with our booking through Hotels.com, in that there wasn’t a room for us when we got there. The staff were amazing to make sure we got into our room in time to get ready for the Cardinals game! Excellent location! Within a few minutes walking distance to Ballpark Village and Busch Stadium."

"We loved our room with the marble bathroom. Comfortable bed, very clean. All the staff was very helpful. People like Terrance and Shirley that kept the breakfast and kick back dining area clean (and their co-workers, sorry I didn't get all their names). Loved the outside deck on the 8th floor. Parking was $40/night and you could go in and out as much as you needed, very easy. I would recommend going to the 3rd or 4th level if you have a larger vehicle. We will definitely stay here again next time through the area."

"Hotel is in a safe, convenient location. NO elevator, but there was an entrance with no steps on the first level. The hallway is a little grody but the room was very clean and arranged in a very convenient way. Lots of space to set things out to organize. Full kitchen but no utensils or cooking pans or dishes. I suppose they would be stolen if they were provided. I did not need them anyway. No ice machine, but ice trays to make your own ice in the freezer. Nice TV with lots of channels. Comfortable bed but lumpy pillow. Nice shower and bathroom. Basically it was perfect for my purposes as I was attending a meeting just down the street at a more expensive hotel. Families do live there and there was more noise in the hall than some would probably like. I ignored it. The office does not open until 9 in the morning and I had to be at my meeting before that time on the day of checkout. So, I had to return in the afternoon as I wanted my checkout paper. The staff was very nice and very helpful."
