I had several issues that were never resolved or explained. We checked in and the kids got ready to go to the pool, when we arrived at it it was completely dismantled. There was no explanation at check in and when I asked why we weren't told, I got no response. I expressed how disappointed our kids were since this is why we chose there. The floors seemed to be paper thin and my wife and I were woken up each morning at 6 am to kids running and stomping in the floor above. I wrote and told the front desk, I got a sorry but nothing else. Pretty discouraged and will avoid this place in the future.

We were visiting family for more than a week over the holidays and this was a lovely home base for us. We could walk over to Westport and it is fairly central to St. Louis County and St. Charles.

Room was great for our family of 5. Kitchenette area was convenient to eat as a family. Breakfast was plentiful, area was a little snug in terms of layout. Pool was good, outdoor bball court was nice addition, fitness room had all the equipment to meet needs. Overall great stay

It was perfectly located in a business district & close to the Hollywood Casino. The staff was super friendly and very accommodating. The inner courtyard with lounging couches and fire pit was a perfect touch. Lots of great amenities like the “Happy Hour” and gym on site. I’d definitely recommend this hotel and I’d stay here again.

This was the perfect place to stay. My son just wanted to stay in a hotel, go to magic house and the zoo. In our down time there was plenty to do on the property. We will be back for sure! Delilah was awesome! I loved having her check in with us to make sure all was good!

Fantastic Week

We used to live in the St Louis area. This hotel located in West Port makes it easy to get almost anywhere in the St Louis Metro area. We were only minutes from every major attraction. The room was very nice, and the staff couldn't have been nicer and more helpful. The breakfast was one of the best I've ever had in a hotel.

The check in process was horrible. I booked a specific room type, they sent us to a different room and I had to go back to the front desk and tell them that's not the room type I booked. She then proceeded to tell me the room I booked was overbooked and so there's nothing they could do. I booked this well over a month ago and nobody bothered to tell me this changed and they were going to charge me full price.

Hotel room was nice, breakfast was just ok the waffle mix was sour, and all the meat was pork, not everyone eats pork. phones in the room didn’t work and no one came to fix them and mostly the pool was closed when it started on the website that the pool was open this was the main reason why I picked this hotel
