"Room was clean and the hotel is in a good location near downtown. There are plenty of restaurants and gas stations nearby. Its a older hotel with rooms entered from the outside. Great for a one night stay."

"It was a cheap place to stay. A couple bugs, bath tub stained and gamey but otherwise I had no issue. It was what I needed at the time. Cheap place to get a couple hours rest."

"The parking, breakfast, and the location were good but the room wasn't well cleaned at all and the bedding was old and had burn wholes and stains on the top cover, but the bed was comfy. I won't stay again, but the price was good."

"My experience was average. The place had a smell that I didn’t find pleasant, and the walls showed several imperfections that could be improved. I understand it’s a budget option, but with a bit more maintenance it could offer a better experience. I stayed out of necessity, although I personally wouldn’t choose it again."

"We were kicked out of our room the day before our departure. We couldn't access the room with our keys; they had to issue a new set of keys. When we finally entered our room, the air conditioner was off, and maintenance was sent to check it. Our air conditioner was off on the box; someone had to come to our room to turn it off. It was hot. The lady at the front desk insulted my intelligence by saying: The circuit breaker was probably off, which contradicts what the air conditioner maintenance has previously communicated. This brought me to the question: If the problem was the circuit breaker, why did they have to issue a new door key?
I was not happy.

"We enjoyed our stay! No frills but everything was well thought out. The indoor and outdoor pools/slides were great. Having activities, dining and snack options onsite were convenient to have. The staff members are all very helpful and nice. Location is excellent as well - close to Dollywood which was the primary purpose of our visit. We would gladly stay in this place again on our next visit to pigeon forge."
"We had a great stay. The only disappointment we had was a few things needed updating. The water and air filter in the fridge needed replacing. The enamel in the bottom of the sink was worn off. The master bed mattress was very used and uncomfortable. I was told they were going to be updating the mattresses that were worn and thanked me for letting them know. I had no reason to doubt them because everything else was very nice. The sink and filters were pretty minor things and didn't detract from our stay at all. I have no problem recommending this property."
"We've stayed here several times it's one of our favorites for our family of four. It really has everything you could need on vacation. Nice hot tubs, pools, waterslides, mini arcades, and two playgrounds, Also lots of activities. There are spacious rooms and there's a trampoline park across the street walmart down the road, applesbees and Texas roadhouse close by. I really like the apartment style rooms at this place. And the road doesn't seem super busy that it sits on but conveniently close to everything. Pools stay open until 11 too."
