"This property was very well maintained, the staff was extremely accommodating and welcoming and helped a lot as first time visitors to Belize. Princess was especially helpful as we spent a lot of time at the Jammin Boat and she gave amazing recommendations for the trip, she made our week long stay feel like home. The food there was delicious, the drinks also super good, and the hotel had a beautiful beach and complimentary kayaks for us to use which was super fun. I appreciated their strong wifi and the easy AC system as it was pretty warm during our stay. Overall a 10/10, we will definitely be staying again! "

"Jan's is super nice and comfy spot! It's in perfect location, right across from the beach and nearby tons of bars/restaurants and tours. Staff is very helpful and can pick you up from the ferry when you get there. Also cool lil spot at top of building where you can get a 360 view of island. "

"Absolutely loved my stay here! I wish I could live there. The hotel room was humongous and had every amenity that I needed. Great water pressure in the shower. Huge balcony; the room also had a mini fridge, which came in handy to keep my water cold (it was very hot & humid in Belize) and my fruits. It's also super close to the ferry port, a mere 5-minute walk. The bed was probably one of the most comfortable beds I've slept on in my life. Great place! I would definitely stay there again if I visit Caye Caulker"
