"The bed were comfortable and appeared clean. Upon entering the room, and using the restroom, someone coughed up a giant, thick, sticky wad of phlegm and left it sitting stuck to the side wall in the sink-didn't rinse it or anything. And, there was a dirty sock left in the closet. The breakfast wasn't worth anything, but waffle house is right across the street. It's super convenient location for king's island, and you couldn't pay me to stay at the Baymont across the street."

"The property was very nice, although the stay was only 55 or $65. I had to pay a $100 deposit now. I am homeless but I stay in hotels when I can. Because I do have a job and a car. Now the deposit doesn't go back on your card for 7 to 10 business days.So I am very unhappy with the fact that I have slept in my car instead of staying in a hotel 42 more days with my hundred dollars"

"We were very disappointed in the Comfort Inn overall. The staff was very friendly but we are accustomed to Holiday Inn Express and this was definitely not at that level of amenities, there was no elevator or work out treadmill etc. The breakfast was overcooked fried eggs, no boiled eggs even to offset this and no one was overseeing the breakfast which went along with everything else we felt about the amenities."
