"We searched hotels for a few weeks before booking the Jaccarino. We must have looked at 40-50 hotels in the region before settling on this one and, after our week long visit, we were glad we did! The staff are superb, friendly and efficient while not being intrusive. The main areas, pool, bar and restaurants are all very nice places to be. The bed was comfortable and super clean each day. The WiFi was fast and the food and drink were both reasonably priced and very tasty! There are a number of great restaurants within a short (and mostly flat) walk and the free shuttle bus to Sorrento was clean, reliable and well driven. The whole place has an authentic 'Italian family' atmosphere (it is NOT a faceless corporate chain hotel) and the personal touch of the staff made us feel very welcome. Would we stay again and / or recommend to family and friends? Absolutely 'yes'! Oh, and one last thing, the view from the terrace, pool and some of the rooms is simply breathtaking!"

"We had an absolutely amazing stay here. The host was very communicative and friendly throughout the booking and arrival process. The property was beautiful and the room was perfect for us. When arriving to Italy our flight was hours late and we did not arrive to property until around midnight. Upon arrival we were kindly greeted and taken into the restaurant connected to the property. To our surprise the staff was gladly awaiting our arrival and prepared a fresh and delicious two course meal for us. The hospitality and kindness with which we were met upon arrival and throughout our stay was unprecedented. I would highly suggest staying here and hope to return soon. "
