"It’s great location if you want to visit Cinque Terre. The ferry terminal is walkable distance and the train station is not far away. You can park your car in the train station for free. The host is very friendly and helpful, he provided us good suggestions. We had great time there and Cinque Terre."

"We had a lovely stay, Tania was very welcoming and friendly. Our room was perfect with everything we needed and it was very clean and comfortable. It was just a short 10-15 min walk from La Spezia train station to visit Cinque Terre. The room also included breakfast which was of exceptional quality as a bar a short walk away. "

"We are 9 in the family and we all fit comfortably in the place. The place was close to the main train station and easy to get in and out going to Cinque Terre. It was crowded but very accessible. We love it because we got to use the kitchen and tge washer. I would recommend the place with my friends. The staff is so friendly and easy to communicate. "
