"Dark and depressing, everything is brown, very little natural light, clean but very tired and very basic. This is not a Hotel, you have to make your own beds, staff unhelpful when we needed to move rooms because of the barking dog next door 
. we asked if they could help move the linen and were told by them that that wasn’t there job why should they do it??? Maybe a misunderstanding as i thought we were booking a hotel room this feels more like a hostel

"It was off-season so hardly anyone was there. My room was terrific with a mini-sauna on the deck. Staff was very friendly. Easy walk into town with the plenty of dining options (during the season that is). A very nice place and a great stay. "

"So room was nice and big, what we didn’t like is that we had to pay for the sheets for every bed. This is the first time this has ever happened checking in and being asked if I have the sheets and it will be 12 eruo for each bed and to top it off I had to clean it myself or pay them to clean my room. We have been on many vacations never have we been charged extra for them to clean the room. And fyi the room was not that clean when we got there with panties in the trash can. "Basic French mountain accommodation. Good set up with friendly helpful staff. Avoriaz is pretty cool, loads of amenities. Stayed here for summer MTB, would probably stay again. Little bit tired in apartment but that’s standard unless you’re paying top end."

"We had a wonderful three night stay at Mona Montreax. The room was very clean and had a fantastic view of Lake Geneva and part of the city. Although the room was compact, it had everything we needed and was very comfortable. We also enjoyed a fabulous meal in the hotel restaurant."
