The rooms could use a renovation and feel a bit outdated. The reception staff was friendly but sometimes gave contradicting information on making reservations in the restaurant and about reserving a shower spot in the Lobby ‘Courtesy Room’.

"Wonderful place, near the pier, the beach and the restaurant with spacious and well equipped rooms. Sarris the owner was super helpful from the first text after my booking, and hyper mega helpful when he heard my journey to the hotel went a bit wrong. "My honest review was my stay was pleasant but that's all i can say really. The staff were friendly but at time i received a lack of desire to help, especially with transport to and from the airport. Once i did book my own private transfer they tried to charge me, I had to let them know that i had already pre paid for the ride.
The room was also decent but not great, wasn't a beach front hotel and there may be a ant problem. There was too many crawling within our bathroom area and by our front door.
Food was okay too, a good selection and varied day to day. overall a pleasant experience but i wouldn't go back and nor would i say it's a 4 star defiantly a 3 star at most. "

"Absolutely love this place. Wonderful location and very beautiful. Visited in late October so it was very laid-back and quiet. Staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Nitsa at reception gave us some great advice for sightseeing in the area. Katrina in the dining room was very nice and provided extremely good service.
