Well located near historic center in Matera, breakfast is included and simple, bed is too low. Apartment is spacious and bath tub included, no parking and vert difficult to park in the city if arrive at peak hours. Owner was helpful, although he was not at the place when i arrived and i had to contact him and wait. It worth the stay.

A really nice place to stay. The owners are fantastic and went out of their way to help. Balcony was nice and is a great place to chill in the afternoon. A short stroll to the old part of town with many restaurants and bars.

Bracco suítes, para quem programa Matera, ma Basilicata, tem uma excelente localização, 100 metros do centro histórico. É possível fazer toda a parte histórica caminhando. O funcionário do hotel nos orientou em tudo. Estacionamento fácil. A como cidade da localização é o grande diferencial. Vc marca o horário que deseja tomar seu café da manhã e o gentil funcionário o traz em seu quarto na hora marcada. Uma única coisa me desagradou: os travesseiros muito baixos, e os móveis do quarto um pouco desgastados, um simples reparo ajudaria deixaria tudo mais bonito. A rouparia, toalhas e lençóis de excelente qualidade. Super recomendo.

El hotel es perfecto para visitar Matera . Está en el límite de la ciudad moderna y a 30 segundos caminando de la vía Domenico Ridola donde puedes iniciar tu visita al casco antiguo y llegar a 10 min caminando a los sassi de matera . La atención fue maravillosa . Pascual estuvo atento antes durante y al check in y al out. Con amabilidad y con tips para turismo parking etc . La suite está con todo lo requerido . El Desayuno italiano te lo llevan a la habitación . Gracias por todo
