Fabulous cave hotel in Matera

A beautiful hotel built into a cave. We had a huge room with a spa bath which was an amazing way to relax and cool down after a day walking through the astonishing environs of Matera. Dinner in the hotel restaurant, sitting outside overlooking the gorge was lovely.

The hotel was in a fantastic position for visiting all the historical sites of Matera. The view in the morning was fantastic. The hotel room was amazing as it was located in a cave. The staff were fantastic and helped with all requirements.
