"They have a bar/club room that is mot available on Sundays. It would be a nice alternative on Sunday. too. There are ice machines on the even numbered floors. The one on the 10th floor did not operate very well. The one on the 2nd floor had NO ice. They were aware that the ice machine on the 2nd floor would usually not have ice, due to heavy demand on that floor. I would suggest that if this usual, put a second unit on this floor. We had a problem accessing the safe in our room. A repair person was dispatched immediately. It was fixed within minutes. That was fantastic response!!"
