It is a little far from town. But we drove and the receptionist suggested we take a long slow coastal ride to town. It was a beautiful and breathtaking path to take. Furthermore, we bought the hotel mobile wifi for only 3euros which lasted for a full day. Worthwhile stay!

Room size was alright. Not too far from airport. Metro station 10-15mins walk. Nearby there a mac donalds. Supermarket at the opposite less than 5mins walk away. Hotel do provide coffee/tea and bread if you have early flight. Timing between 4am-7pm.

Eduardo at Concierge was excellent. He provided excellent advice & went out of his way to help us find our missing hoodie. The room, however, could be better. There was a housefly buzzing around, the handsoap bottle was not replenished & there was no tissue paper.

Cons
1. Hairdryer was jammed when we checked in & the head had to be replaced as it was inoperable due to hair jammed into the head of the hairdryer.
2. The website says air-conditioned rooms but staff informed they are air cooled. The first night was very sweaty & uncomfortable to get sleep. Staff asked us to open the window for ventilation. This wasn't an option as this overlooks a highway & lot of traffic noise.
3. The hotel is located in Gais & requires Bolt & Uber for any Porto related...

This is a new apartment, designed to make you comfortable even for long stays. We were here for only 2 nights, and had everything we needed. The mattress was comfortable, and the room spacious. If I have to nitpick, perhaps bedroom slippers could be provided as the floor can get pretty cold.

Service is fantastic. The concierge helped us locate the nearest post office and help to mail the envelope. I needed hot water and the hotel restaurant never reject my requests. Love the super king size bed and the extra pillows in the closet.
