Cleanliness and the staff Their hospitality made the experience even better. Shova ,Nishibashi and purful were so extremely helpful I def would stay here again.the hotel has many convenient store very quiet neighborhood also train station nearby. Great experience overall

This was our third stay at this aparthotel, and it never disappoints. The room was very clean, well maintained and had all the amenities we needed, including a washer/dryer. We stayed in the Japanese family room so it had plenty of room and double sinks. We love the quiet Higashiueno neighborhood while still just a short walk to Ueno Park, train stations, konbinis and Ameyoko. Staff is always friendly and welcoming. A difference-maker for us is their streaming media options. We can connect to our YouTube and Netflix accounts when relaxing in the room. We will definitely be back for another stay.
