"The property was pristine and all staff members were incredibly attentive and friendly. Our room was spacious and loved having the private onsen. We dined at the hotel for breakfast and dinner -both were excellent but a special kudos to our chef for evening dinner as the steak was exceptional! The location is by the river but no walking path and there is some construction (reason for 4star ) but I would stay here again as we could easily walk to several attractions -gorgeous gardens and the outdoor sculpture museum .It is a little hilly but worth the effort. The hotel also provided a shuttle service to local stations that were prompt and well organized."

"Odawara has a few hotels by walking distance from train station And The popular hotels are only 2 *Tenseien hotel *Toyoko inn Tenseien The hot spa was better facility All others are Toyoko inn was cozy and clean, the room rate is much better than Tenseien We recommend Toyoko inn"

"I can’t recommend this place enough. When my useless hotel in Kyoto had issues with shipping my luggage to Okinawa (I was already in Hiroshima when they informed me about this) they were absolutely no help and basically told me “sucks to suck” the amazing staff somehow managed to get my luggage rerouted to the hotel and it was sitting in the lobby waiting for me the next morning. Amazing staff and amazing place. I will be coming back again one day "
