"We expected more…. The place is run down with a strange old smell. Our room was just ok, but the view made up for it. The coin laundry did not work at all and it ate up all our coins. The food was the worst we experience in Japan, which is a terrible thing to say since we have never experienced bad food in Japan. We are very sorry to have to write this review, but we need to be honest since it was not a cheap reservation."

"Beach front Ryokan with exceptional service, great views, and fantastic onsen. The beach has really fun waves for boogie boarding and surfing. There is a surf shop just a few minutes walk from the hotel that rents wetsuits and boards. Hotel was very clean and relaxing."

"Large room with private bath/shower on deck. Two-minute walk to the calm beach which was calm enough for our young daughter to play safely on the beach and water. Highly recommend this establishment and we would definitely stay here again. "
