駅に近く電車で道後温泉に行くのも便利駅近で松山駅に土産物を買いに行くのも便利食べ物屋もたくさんあり美味しい寿司屋も紹介してください満足

なぜみんな書いてないのか不思議なくらいおじさんスタッフ（受付）の態度がすこぶる悪く不快でシンプルに腹が立ちました。部屋も清潔さも十分満足していたのにその1人のせいで台無し二度と行かないです。

受け付けのおじさんに同じ宿泊してる方の車の鍵が車のドアにさしたままだったので受け付けに届けたが、何のリアクションも無しせめて無事届けたとかその後の経過くらいは言うだろ。と思った。

1月の松山はJR松山駅近くに泊まる必要があるのでほぼ選択肢はないのですが、その中であかやねさんは満足できるホテルだと思います。リンスとシャンプーを分けて欲しいとかカミソリいらないからヘアブラシを欲しいとか要望はありますが。

トイレの水道水はなぜか白く、1階にウォーターサーバーがありましたが、お湯は出ず、ボトルで水を飲むこともできませんでした。紙コップしか用意されておらず、部屋にケトルがありません。

Hôtel très bien situé et à côté d’un super sentō que je recommande! La chambre à la japonaise, très petite, suffit pour y séjourner quelques nuits le temps de visiter Matsuyama et ses alentours, je recommande!!

ホテルとしては清潔ですが、事前の口コミで騒音の問題が指摘されていたこともあり覚悟はしていました。ただし、騒音は夜10時以降から早朝の間は全くといっていいほど問題は感じませんでした。窓が2重になっており、騒音対策も十分されていると思います。　ただ、JR松山駅とその周辺は店も少なくて、県庁所在地の中心となるJR駅とは思えない印象でした。現在、再開発が行われているようですが、2024年秋に一部オープンした新施設なども、まだまだの状態です。どうしても同じ四国のJR高松駅周辺と比べてしまいます。
