Limited rooms for dogs allowed

Clean room with many extra toiletries provided. Pet friendly is limited. We spoke with someone after making reservation to ask what we needed to bring. My father in law spoke with someone and gave them our name. When we went to check in there wasn’t a room available for dog. They did give us a smoking room with a dog crate on the third floor. They said dogs were only allowed on first floor. We heard another dog on the third floor. Also we were charged $150 hot springs tax. I don’t see this listed anywhere. And we never had the time to use it.

妻が甲殻アレルギーなので事前に伝えたら細かく対応していただきました。 部屋のお風呂も広くゆっくりすることが出来ましたが、お湯の調整が湯船に入らないと出来ないのが残念な点です。

到着した時の受付の人の笑顔で対応がすごく良かった。部屋にまだゴミが残っていたけれど、すぐに対応してくれ何度も謝ってくれました。ホテルからも謝罪されてすごく対応のいいホテルだと思いました。露天風呂の檜風呂がとても良かったので、家族孫も連れて来たいです。

ペットと同伴可能は助かりました。建物の外壁などの古さは気になりますが、中は大変きれいにしてありました。車椅子の入口が職員用の駐車スペースで解りづらかったことと、入口の傾斜がきつくてワンボックスだった車の下をすってしまいましたが、ご愛嬌です。この あと同じホテルの京都丹後に泊まる予定です。

とても最悪でした。一番奥の部屋だったのですが夜の騒音に悩まされて一晩中眠るこ事ができませんでした。夜中にホテルの方を呼んで対処してもらったのですが、朝まで騒音に悩まされました。何か原因を調べないとホテルの評判は最悪です。帰り車でしたので寝不足で運転が心配でした。後の対処宜しくお願いします。
