Breakfast could be better. They serve boiledinstead of scrambled eggs. Place is becoming a shelter for homeless. They sponsor a program. Housekeeping does not want toclean room daily for paying customers!

Me and my brother went there from Ohio for a family funeral. My brother's car was stolen. We felt unsafe, so we left the property. I tried to contact Expedia to ask if I can get a refund for one night because the stay was for 2 nights. They gave me a number to call, but they just kept hanging up on me, which is unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend.

The room on the 1st floor had a smell like the carpet was old and mildewed. When I stayed on the third floor the room was decent didn't have any problems.

It was quiet and clean and worth the cost. No full length mirror for getting dressed and the AC/heat is on a timer so no matter what you set it to it comes on and off on a timer. Not a big deal, but just an observation

When arriving, after inspecting the room, there was dried semen on the bedding. I informed the front desk and was told they didn’t have any more so they had just “wiped it down” as opposed to washing it! There was a significant crack in the bathroom countertop. While getting on the elevator, there was another guest carrying a clearly wet and dripping toilet plunger!

Ok for the price

The overall stay was ok. My heater was loud in my first room and I was able to switch rooms the second night. The rooms need upgrading but ok for an overnight stay. No one answered when I called the front desk several times from my room phone so I had to call the hotel directly for assistance on two separate occasions. The front desk agent, Kim, was very nice and polite. The continental breakfast was ok. The juice was very diluted and the oatmeal was instant in packages.
