"While the room was clean, it needed to be painted BADLY. The towels were so thin and tiny. For the cost of this room, I would have expected much more with regard to the towels. This is an old motel that has been updated, in some areas. The soda machine is from the 90's and did not work, they had no water to be purchased. It is just VERY basic and while the staff was friendly, they did not act like customer service was their first priority."

"The front desk staff was friendly, helpful and gave suggestions for food nearby. The breakfast was always stocked and the food was fresh. The location was perfect. We were close to the Tappan Zee Bridge (Gov Cuomo now) and the train station was just 10 minutes away to take a trip into the city on the Metro North line."

"I gave this property a "Good" rating instead of an "Excellent" because the customer service was lacking. Our room was not ready at 4:30pm. We were offered a drink voucher and I had to remind the front desk that there were two of us in the room. When we did get into our room several items were missing. The ottoman that was supposed to accommodate our suitcases was not there. The hairdryer was also missing. The front desk did have someone bring these items but I felt that there was a real "Oh well" feeling about our stay. That said the hotel is unique and appears to be a repurposed industrial building with very interesting and minimalist decor. It was clean both in our room as well as the common areas. The Hyatt is conveniently located and appears to be the only upscale hotel in the area."
