"Beautiful home, well maintained, and a great experience. We felt at home and lucky to experience staying somewhere with so much character. It really feels like you’re in a different time. The breakfast was delicious and room was clean and comfortable. One slight negative was the water for the shower was temperamental…but everything else was perfect!"

"We stayed here for two nights during our trip to Redwood National Park, and it was a wonderful experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They made us feel right at home throughout our stay. Our room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast each morning, which offered a great variety of options and was delicious. One of the highlights of our stay was the pool. It was clean, well-kept, and the water was pleasantly warm, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The hotel is located in a peaceful, quiet area, making it a great place to unwind. We also loved how pet-friendly it is! We brought our dog along, and there were plenty of nice areas to take peaceful walks together. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations. If you're looking for a clean, comfortable, pet-friendly place with excellent service, a great breakfast, and a relaxing atmosphere, we highly recommend staying here. We would definitely return on our next trip to the area!"

"A wonderful place to stay if you are in Shelter Cove. This is the third time I have stayed at this establishment. We reserve this spot every year before Hiking the Lost Coast Trail. It is a nice relaxing set up before hiking into the wilderness. Will continue to stay at this place when hiking in the Lost Coast or in Shelter Cove."
