"Fantastic customer service as usual from all staff areas. Breakfast is a treat. Staff always happy to go that extra mile for guests. Arriving when the night porter has started is always a bonus as he helps with the small things I need. Like a doorstop to let me get my scooter out of the room. Visiting the Vale is an all round positive experience. "
