"I stayed last night in room 111. I took a train down from Glasgow to pick up a car the next morning and to get a good night sleep I booked an overnight at the hotel. Location for the station was great, staff on arrival were friendly and efficient, however I did not get one bit of sleep. I was very tired and was in bed by 11pm. The mattress on the bed nearest the window was not soft, it was non existent in the middle and had no support resulting in my hips sitting lower in the bed than my shoulders and my feet no matter which position Iay. This caused me extreme discomfort and I did not get any sleep at all. At 4.30am I decided to try the other bed, which was better, but not by much. Please be assured I am not exaggerating when I say I was awake and in pain all night due to the mattress in that room. Had it not been for the time of night I would have checked out and asked for my money back!"

"Blood on carpet and walls. Carpet was filthy and wet in places and net curtains need a good wash. I won't be coming back."
