"Loved the priveleged room and getting a later checkout which was really helpful, staff rally friendly, loved the bar area"

"The general cleanliness and condition of this hotel was poor. The floor of the room was sloping and was quite dissorientating when walking into the bathroom. In the bathroom, the shower curtain was stained and looked unclean. The wastebin looked very poor with a rusted lid. Bathroom floor not very clean and the grouting was missing from the corners of the bath. The paint was peeling of the inside of the windowsill. In the room, the kettle was grubby and had to be washed before use, the glasses also had greasy prints on them and also had to be washed before use. The headboard was marked (small tears). The towels and bed linen were clean and we had a comfortable nights sleep. Certainly not worth the money we paid, and as it is, we cannot recommend staying here. On a plus, the staff were very polite and accommodating. "

"Breakfast great, rooms and hotel in general very tired, but we think it’s being done up as scaffolding all round. Staff efficient and pleasant, food sparse, only pizza for dinner available, so we ate out. Convenient location near shops and waterfront just a walk away, easy access to the gower. "
