Mercure Swansea Hotel

Mercure Swansea Hotel

10/10 Excellent
"Staff at this hotel are friendly, helpful and create a truely homely feel. The little welcome gift is lovely and the rooms are clean and tidy and well equipped. Slightly dated bathrooms with fixed show heads and no walk in showers but they are clean and have all that is required. Bar and restaurant is very good with great staff and food is good quality. Limited to do nearby but a large car park and quiet. Could do with a swimming pool and leisure facilities to cope with local competition. Staff make this stay and allow you to forgive the modernisation of rooms"

"Stunning place with a view to die for. Food was amazing but small portions so make sure you order sides. Only criticism being on the ground floor lots of people walking past ground workers etc. had to shut my curtains for privacy. Will defo return though."

Best Western Aberavon Beach Hotel

10/10 Excellent
"Only stayed one night but everything was spick and span as youโ€™d expect. Staff were more than helpful even allowing me to check in slightly earlier than allowed. If was looking for downside would be the boarded up pub/ restaurant next door detracting from the hotel. Few weeds growing around the building if cleaned up would be more welcoming but still good value. Canโ€™t comment on food as I ate out"
