"A wonderful couple of days stay, very convenient for driving & walking to various lovely villages with tea rooms.
Will definitely go back to explore more of the area & have a longer stay at Bossington Hall.
The breakfast was second to none, pleasant surroundings to enjoy our stay."
"I stay at the Glendale regularly to visit my daughter and granddaughter who live nearby. It is a lovely hotel above an Italian restaurant with very convenient access to Penarth train station with regular trains into nearby Cardiff.
It has both single and double size rooms and I usually choose a single. The rooms are well appointed with rather basic shower facilities, tea & coffee etc. a very nice full cooked English breakfast is available (extra) and of course there is the very convenient...

Hilton Cardiff
10/10 Excellent
"I stayed in the executive room on the top floor and it was absolutely incredible. Fantastic huge, super comfortable bed. Gorgeous view of the Cardiff castle. Executive lounge offers snacks/drinks and magazines to read. Before going out in the evening I popped in for hot/cold hors d'oeuvres and a glass of wine. Breakfast is delicious and varied. Pool had perfect refreshing temperature. And there’s great sauna/jacuzzi + separate lift to take you back to your room after the swim. The stay is truly 5/5 and I wholeheartedly recommend it."
"Lovely peaceful hotel on the waterfront. Do ask for the waterfront view (otherwise you’ll be facing car park). Comfortable room, large bed, kettle, iron. The breakfast is basic, but all in all good value for money. Cardiff Bay/city centre are 20 minutes walk in opposite directions. Bus stop is 5 minutes away, train station 10. So great location."
"Lovely one night stay after attending an event in Cardiff. Hotel was spotlessly clean, all the team were welcoming, good nights sleep. Breakfast good, check in and check out were seamless experiences. Would not hesitate to return."
"This hotel is typical Marriott, comfortable but not exciting. The location, however, is what makes it superb. Steps away from the railway station and in the midst of the city’s vibrant nightlife scene. Convenient to the castle as well — a must-see stop in Cardiff!"
