"I was very happy with the accommodations. My spot has a lovely private balcony that wrapped around the corner unit that was great for morning coffee and evening meals. The location was great and accessable.. very Walkable are and it's located in a great neighborhood a couple of blocks from the Focionos negri area of Kepseli neighborhood. "The rooms were clean but looked very dated and worn but the bathroom was decent. Our shower head was broken however, and we had to hold it the whole time while showering which was very inconvenient. None of the activities for kids open until 10am and close at 5:30pm. Dinner does not start until 7:30pm so the 2 hours before dinner are difficult with kids. The pools are nice and seem well maintained. The playground has nice equipment but needs upkeep. The food is very mediocre at both restaurants. We appreciated how seriously allergens were taken and that separate meals and alternative foods were offered for our son with many allergies. The sodas and coffee offered were terrible. It was a nice surprise that there was an alcoholic drink menu included in the all inclusive price and not a separate package but the drinks were very mediocre as well, served in paper cups instead of glasses."
