"Reception staff very helpful and polite. Room, bedsheets and other linen very clean. Air conditioner outside unit on the balcony made a constant noticeable noise. A water works failure one day meant the hotel staff cut our water supply while they were repairing, which took them a couple of hours. Then on day we were departing the electricity supply was cut off for entire morning, which was not a hotel issue but the local area."

"The hotel was a jewel in busy Athens. Close to the subway and buses. Also an easy walk to the main attractions if you like to explore a city that way. The best thing about this hotel is a secluded square , a 5 min walk away with 6-8 restaurants, bars and coffee bars. All for the neighborhood"

"Beautiful boutique hotel. I Loved the decor it was a lovely serene environment. They had a lovely buffet for dinner for 25 Euros which seemed reasonable. I would have liked a bit of a sweet or cup of coffee but that was apparently for the included breakfast buffet which we weren't able to take advantage because of our early departure. We only stayed one night but I could see enjoying a longer stay."

"The location, the pool and more"

"We really enjoyed our stay at Cabo Verde. We were there in the beginning of the Fall off-season so our experience was probably different from others' who come in the peak summer and early Fall times. We found the hotel peaceful and the staff friendly and helpful. The breakfast area and outdoor area plus pool look right out at the sea. And there's always a warm coffee or cold beer available a few steps away. The rooms were also clean and well-maintained for the most part. There were a few minor areas where the wear and tear were visible, but nothing that really impacted our stay. The area around the hotel had plenty of dining options, even after the peak season was over, with a nice variety of traditional Greek foods, seafood, cafes, and bars all within easy walking distance. We also had no trouble getting cabs locally or to take us back and forth to Athens. Overall a great experience and we hope to go back someday."

"What a great size, you’re actually getting a 1 bedroom apartment, including a lounge with kitchen, bathroom & bedroom all leading to a large balcony. Ask for a quiet, top floor apartment so that it’s not getting the Athens street noise. Well situated a short work from the Attiki subway station which takes you to the Acropolis one way and Piraeus Port the other. We did a day trip to beautiful Hydra Island. We had the best meal in Greece at a favorite local restaurant a short walk away: Alto Mas Eleipe, highly recommended! The only downside is the pool which is small & only a meter deep but still refreshing & the hotel is small so you’re not sharing it with many people. We would stay there again."
