"dirty room, had someone’s dirty laundry, shower and toilets all stained with brown and yellow stains, door hanger flung off as we walked in, all surfaces dirty, dead bugs at windowsill, bedsheets stained with black stuff. so dirty and poor communication, left after 30 minutes and got no refund whatsoever. also no lock on bathroom door, one of the beds was broken, plug socket broken"

"Well located, and safe (need pass key for the front door to open), staff were friendly. What I appreciated was having free drinks served to guests in the front area. I had a friend visit, so it was a nice touch for us both. Nearby there is a large Tesco's as well as other shops. Only down side is sometimes at night you can hear music from nearby venues, but they normally stop by midnight. Room was super clean, and the beams in the ceiling was a nice touch. The shampoo, body wash, and conditioner supplied was a nice touch (my previous hotel in Edinburgh which cost a lot more only had one bottle that was both shampoo and body wash!)."
