"I like the property nice and clean. The downside was the noise coming from the bar from across the street it was so loud( couldn’t sleep) the hotel offered to move me for another 50.00 extra a night. ( not good customer service) if they are charging over 500.00 a night they should sound proof the rooms that face the street. Not sure if I would stay there again."

"Modern property. Very walkable, lots to do in the neighborhood! The room itself could’ve been cleaner. I don’t expect a “white glove“ clean but the nightstand hadn’t been dusted in sometime. There is what looked like make-up on the light switch in the bathroom. Little things like that. Didn’t go to the pool, but it looked nice. Full kitchen, walked to the grocery store and was able to cook my meals."

"Pros: Excellent position on St Pete beach. Miles of beautiful white sand and warm water. Very low waves and shallow water so excellent for kids. Not at all crowded (May 6-May 13). Helpful staff. Cons: Pools were small so got crowded and sometimes hard to find a chair to sit in (lots of pools though). Parking is $25/day, but so are all the other hotels in the area. Chairs/Umbrellas on the beach were complimentary only for rows 2 and 3, but not first row (the kids working those were great btw). Delayed check out was $20/hour past 11:00am. These are nickel and dime'ing considering the cost of the hotel itself."

"The value you get with this property is amazing. It's quite basic as far as accomodations go, but it's truly a one stop shop. The location is super convenient. Pools, beach, great food drink and entertainment plus shops are all right there. We love it!"

"The water was barely hot. You couldn’t contact no one because the line was always busy and when u go to speak with front desk no one was ever there."

"Resort was great. Some construction going on but will eventually make the property even better. The only draw back was if you wanted to sit on the beach you had to rent or buy chairs and umbrellas. That was the only drawback."

"Room was dirty, service was not helpful when you really needed it but for simple things they were helpful. When called to get room cleaned someone came just to take the trash, not mop the floors that left our feet black upon walking across the room. The rooms humidifier was full and upon entry smelt like mold. There were also snacks in our nightstand that were left from previous guests. The property is beautiful but the rooms are not. "
