"The pictures for this property are very misleading. The place is very outdated and there’s a horrible smell that comes from the shower. On day of checkin I was sent an email outside of the hotels.com site asking for a deposit even though my booking was paid up front. It was a little bit sketchy. Then trying to find the location was very confusing as there were several gates and doors each with their own access codes. Very difficult to navigate when you arrive after sunset. "Nous avons été arnaque car nous avons pas eut de réponse pour avoir des info le jour de la location nous n'avons reçu aucun mail pour les codes d'entrée personne n'a répondu au téléphone,nous nous sommes présenté a 18h et nous sommes restés à la rue avec les enfants n'ayant pas de clé ni de code et personne n'a répondu on a du reprendre une autre location. "Excellent hotel and location for Disney Land Paris, we arrived early and the room wouldn't be ready till later in the day, however the receptionist checked us in whilst also giving us a free upgrade, took our luggage so we could pick the keys up later when we return. There is a free shuttle bus that runs to and from the park which is very useful. Rooms were very clean and great breakfast in the morning. We'll definitely use this hotel again for a future visit."

"Excellent stay here for 4 nights whilst visiting Disneyland. Room was perfect for what we needed, made our own breakfast each day. Parking is easy and lots of spaces. Very close to Disney, Val d’Europe and some other little shops in Serris. Recommend Serris Market (similar to a small co-op or one stop) - 2 min drive or 10 min walk. Didn’t use the spa on this trip. We had a pizza and burger from the restaurant to take up to our hotel room. Delicious and very reasonably priced too! Lifts were always nice and quick and the water available on each floor was an added bonus! Bathroom was lovely and always cleaned to a high standard. We will definitely be back soon. Great find for us as annual pass holders! "

"Everything was great from check in, the amenities, the play area for children, dinner and breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable. I have honestly never seen a television so large, especially in a hotel room ! The only complaint is the shuttle from the airport to the hotel. The directions from The Jangle were clear and the map was entertaining to watch, but the duration at which we had to wait was very long."

"The Best Stay ever. Anniversary surprise for my partner, we had a great time. Room was excellent, reception team very kind and attentioned. Good WiFi, great bathroom and amenities (slippers to take away are very nice!). The spa pool was nice and relatively quiet. Princess meetup was incredible! Jasmine is my partner’s favourite and added to the stay. Quit expensive but worth it for special occasions."

"Hotel is convenient to Disneyland Paris (3 min train ride) within a 5 minute walking distance to the train and also the major outlet mall in Montrevain. Hotel was clean and super quiet despite the high occupancy. Staff was very friendly and the breakfast buffet was a great deal for 18EUR. The rooms are small, but this isn’t an area you come to to stay in your room. Beds were comfy. "
