"No dinner service because it was a weekend. Came down for breakfast around 7:30-8:00 and every table had dirty dishes on it, while staff were just hanging out at the front desk. I had to bus a table myself then scramble around looking for clean dishes to eat on. Noticed staff pointing at me and talking about me rather than helping me. Worst service I had my entire 3 week trip to 3 countries."

"Our experience at Demeure Flore was exceptional and one of a kind. Fracesco welcomed us warmly and made us the best meal of our trip which we enjoyed in his lovely garden nestled in the French countryside. Our room was spacious and sparkling clean and it was like finding an oasis after a few long days of travel. The only sad thing was we were only able to stay one night. We hope to return some day. "We loved staying at the hotel, the staff were all very friendly, the rooms were comfortable (Although the air conditioning could have been a bit better).
Everywhere was spotless and constantly being tidied up.
The cost of food, snacks and drinks was resonable but we found the breakfast a bit expensive as we don't eat much in the morning and there was no options to get a smaller, cheaper, breakfast.
The surrounding grounds are very nice and well looked after.
The atmosphere was very calm and quiet throughout the day and night with all guests being very respectful.
Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel and would recommend it to anyone wanting a relaxing break near Carcassone."
"I booked this hotel at the last minute and was extremely pleased with my choice. The hotel lobby was large, clean, and inviting, and the receptionist was friendly and very helpful. Our room was large and clean, and the bathroom sparkled. The accommodation was excellent! The downside however was the restaurant. Our dinners were expensive, bland, and the choices were limited at the buffet counter. The service was good, which helped mitigate an otherwise negative experience.
I highly recommend this hotel, but would suggest dining elsewhere. "
