"We would definitely stay here again. We have traveled on many Road trips and by far, these are the favorite type of hidden gems we like to find. The unit was updated, TV, Fridge, worked wonderfully. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom had a semi nice upgrade, but required maintenance (peeling wall board, no outlet and dirty floor boards ) overall not anything that would keep us from staying here again. The loveseat in the room was a lighter blue and absolutely filthy. I put a towel over it but, this just took away from the ambiance. Again we would stay here again, just not a 5 out of 5."

"A convenient place to stay and ok for spending just one night. The facility is a bit dated and they have new owners that aren't s friendly/hospitable as the previous staff but it isn't a deal breaker for staying that short of a time."

"I felt like I arrived in the house of an old relative. It was chock-a- block full of an amazing assortment of knickknacks which filled almost every corner. In fact, there was almost no space to put any of my things in my room. My hosts were two engaging gentlemen who were happy to visit with me while I had breakfast. The breakfast was extensive and was far more than I was able to eat. You should know that there was no TV, although the Internet was fine, and my host brought a carafe of cold water for me to have. I was a little put off by the fact that the soap in the dish by the sink had been used several times before, and the remote for the room heat pump was not clean. I also noticed that there was a very strong smell of wet dog when I first arrived. I didn’t notice it after a while, and I didn’t notice it again when I returned after being away all day. There are three adorable French bulldogs in residence, and they greeted me enthusiastically whenever I appeared. As I said earlier, it felt more like staying with a relative than booking a hotel room."
