"This hotel was lovely. Southern charm and totally feels like vacation. The pool area with fountain was wonderful. The front patio with strung lights and comfortable seating was great for morning or evening cocktails and conversation. Loved our balcony overlooking the pool area. Bar had great drink options and friendly environment. Front desk staff were kind and helpful. Would definitely stay again! "

"Everything was on point from the receptionist named Martha for she was always kind to me and the staff and housekeeping was on point I slept well despite the fact that I had to go to a funeral but otherwise it was okay"

"I disagree with a policy they have , they not do (clean) the room unles you request . I disagree with a policy they have of request tickets for the buffet. most of the places that I stay include buffet as a complement"

"Unfortunately this was a disappointing stay. The room itself was clean and well stocked though the bathroom did have a slight mildew smell. However the pool area was small; pictures online are very deceiving! The indoor pool area was dark and dingy, The hot tub was smelly. The carpet on the 5th floor smelled terrible; it is in desperate need of replacement. "

"I called the front desk at around 8pm saying my toilet was clogged. He offered to move me to a different room which I did. Once I was ready to go to sleep I discovered that the AC was not working at all. I didn’t bother calling down because it was late and I didn’t want to be moved to another room. Staff was friendly but those 2 issues made the stay awful. "

"The restroom walls were peeling in our first room and had to request a room transfer. The breakfast buffet was a major disappointment. Junk food across the board. Minimal amount of healthy options. Food was cold. The hotel is in desperate need of remodeling. Staff, beds and pillows were good!"
